Throughout each one of the 10 floors of the Hotel one may appreciate the works of a contemporary Portuguese painter, which may be admired within the rooms. Painters Oliveira Tavares, Luís Melo, João Ribeiro, Taraio, Norberto Nunes, d’Assis Cordeiro, are only some of the prestigious names to be quoted.
The sculptures also invite the visitor to admire them more calmly and carefully.
This is therefore, a true “Art Centre”, which preserves the rich heritage of the national culture.
